Where I'm working is right by the port, and even down here we have to adhere to Homeland Security measures. So now you can't just park on the road by the docks. And this is good because it used to get jammed up and tractor trailers would have to wait for someone to move.

But this being St. Thomas, it's all really about enforcement. And seeing things like this really makes me wonder if the government is at all interested in collecting some money.
